Key Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Coordinate customer orders, process sales documentation, and manage order tracking
- Liaise with customers to provide updates on orders, delivery schedules, and any product enquiries
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the timely and accurate fulfilment of customer requirements
- Work with logistics and external couriers to arrange deliveries
- Maintain customer records, process invoices, and handle any issues or queries related to orders
- Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent attention to detail
