As our Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving business development forward, working alongside a team of talented individuals, you will be responsible for developing and promoting the company's offering.
A Successful Applicant:
Knowledge of modular buildings/portable accommodation sold within Education, Healthcare, Leisure, Sports and the provision of modular buildings across most sectors (manufacturing, waste, utilities, councils and local authorities etc.)
Solid commercial experience to nurture initial leads into proposals worth quoting for.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to convey complex offerings persuasively.
Willingness to travel when needed to visit customers.
A forward-thinking mindset.
Excellent communication skills and a talent for building relationships with enthusiasm.
Being familiar with the Buildoffsite Property Assurance Scheme (BOPAS) and incorporating this knowledge into sales strategies, ensuring ability to provide assurance of compliance for clients is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Handle in-bound enquiries, to take them from an initial lead to a concrete requirement ready to be quoted.
Attend trade shows to develop relationships to generate future enquiries.
Make visits to customer premises to promote product range.
Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with decision-makers across relevant client bases.
Effectively articulate the unique value proposition, highlighting our sustainable, high-quality, and efficient modular construction approach.
Spearhead proposals, tender responses, and contract negotiations to secure major project opportunities across market verticals.
Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs.
Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, clients, partnerships or products and services.
Self-generate business leads via telephone and face to face meetings operating to a senior level.
