Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and sales-focused Sales Coordinator to join our client's expanding team. In this role, you will play a key part in aiding growth by supporting the sales team, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion: Efficiently process incoming customer enquiries via email or phone into sales opportunities.
  • Quotations Management: Accurately prepare and verify quotations, ensuring all details align with customer requirements and expectations.
  • Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to clients to gather missing information, resolve queries, and build strong relationships.
  • Business Development: Actively generate and qualify new business leads.
  • Sales Support: Assist Senior Sales Staff in onboarding customers and maintaining continued business.
  • Production Coordination: Collaborate with Production to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time.
  • Sales Records: Maintain and update sales and customer records with precision, providing the sales team with accurate and actionable data.
  • Product Knowledge: Keep informed about full product range and services to confidently support sales efforts and provide expert advice to clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in a sales coordination, sales administration, or a similar role, with a strong focus on driving sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel, with the ability to analyse data and support sales operations effectively.
  • Organisational Excellence: Outstanding organisational and multitasking skills, enabling you to manage multiple sales tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Sales Mindset: A proactive, results-oriented team player with a strong commitment to achieving sales targets and contributing to team success.
