NextGen Teachers are currently working with a Specialist SEN Provision located in central Leeds who are seeking to recruit a full-time Teaching Assistant to support there pupils with Autism (ASD) and Complex needs starting as soon as possible for a full-time/permanent contract.

This provision caters for pupils across the Primary and Secondary age range who have a range of Complex needs including: Autism, ADHD, MLD, SLD, PMLD and who are non-verbal.

The role of a Complex needs Support Assistant in this school will be to:

  • Support pupils in the classroom on a day to day basis.
  • Working with multiple pupils and supporting students with 1-2-1 support and Intervention.
  • Support pupils with their holistic development in line with there Educational Health Care Plans.
  • Supporting and managing the behaviour of the students.
