The Role

You’ll be selling staff absence insurance specifically designed for schools. It’s not a brokering product – just a simple, competitively priced solution schools can trust. Working with warm leads and generating your own from data provided. This role is all about connecting with decision-makers, understanding their needs, and closing the deal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify decision-makers within schools and build relationships
  • Qualify leads by finding out renewal times and staff numbers
  • Provide tailored quotes and follow-up to close sales
  • Manage leads and data effectively using the CRM system
  • Work independently but as part of a supportive team
  • Pitch in with day-to-day office tasks – we all do!
