Position Details:
Start Date: As soon as possible.
Roles Available: Full-time and part-time positions.
Your Role: As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students with additional needs such as Autism and ADHD. Your key responsibilities include:
Providing tailored one-to-one or small group support to meet each student's unique needs.
Encouraging personal development and confidence in a nurturing learning environment.
Working collaboratively with teachers and staff to implement effective strategies for student success.
About You: We are seeking individuals who:
Have experience working with children with additional needs (prior experience in an SEN setting is highly desirable).
Are patient, empathetic, and passionate about inclusive education.
Can build strong, positive relationships with students and staff.
