Job Description:

  • Provide competent health and safety advice and support to clients in various industries.
  • Conduct health and safety audits and construction site inspections.
  • Assist in the production of Health and Safety Documents for clients, undertake risk assessments, and review safety documentation.
  • Support clients with accident/incident investigations.
  • Advise on duties under the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015 (CDM).
  • Review designs, contribute to design team discussions, and manage risk reduction in designs.
  • Prepare high-quality professional reports.
  • Engage in business development and client account management.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed.

Beneficial Skills & Qualifications:

  • NEBOSH
  • NEBOSH Construction / Fire
  • Member of IFE
  • Fire Risk Assessments
  • Proven experience in roles such as Principal Designer, PD Advisor, or CDMA.
  • Experience in workplace audits and inspections of construction sites (desirable).
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in writing professional reports.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure with effective time management skills.
  • Experience in business development.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Must hold a driving licence and be willing to travel across the UK.
