About the Role
Working 12noon - 4pm Monday to Friday, youll be instrumental in creating a supportive, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. This role combines compassionate resident care with efficient property management, perfect for someone who thrives on helping others maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting regular welfare checks and responding to resident needs
Managing daily resident support services
Maintaining detailed digital records and documentation
Coordinating with healthcare professionals, families, and contractors
Implementing health and safety protocols
Managing safeguarding procedures and reporting
