The Role:
We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join our team in any of our regional offices including, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham or Stockton-on-Tees. In return we offer an attractive remuneration package alongside various other great benefits detailed on the “What we offer” tab on our careers page.
As the HR Coordinator you will provide a comprehensive service, implement best practice and maintain key processes & procedures across the group.
What you will be doing:
- Monitor the the HR email inbox and respond accordingly to any employee queries in a timely manner.
- Assisting with employee engagement, employee relations and D&I initiatives.
- Continually review HR processes and operational services sharing solutions and identifying efficient and effective processes and procedures that be implemented.
- Conduct exit interviews and advising our senior leadership team on corrective action and continuous improvement.
- Attend grievance/capability/disciplinary meetings
- Participate and collaborate with our various departments to develop and implement HR initiatives.
- Reviewing and refining HR policies where necessary
Who we are looking for:
- Previous experience within HR either as a HR Coordinator or at a similar level.
- Proficient with MS Office
- Willing to travel when required
