We have an opportunity available for a HR Services and Payroll Manager to oversee the payroll and HR services functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and service excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact while driving improvements and leading a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Payroll and HR Services teams, ensuring accurate and efficient payroll operations for the entire organisation.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external providers to align payroll services with strategic goals and deliver value.
- Oversee audits, reporting, and payroll changes, resolving complex queries, and acting as a trusted expert on all payroll matters.
- Drive improvements by optimising processes, managing third-party providers, and ensuring compliance with legislation and policies.
- Support and develop your team, fostering a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
Skills and Experience
- Strong expertise in payroll operations, legislation, and compliance.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience managing complex data and reporting.
- Confidence in managing third-party contracts and evaluating service provision.
