Description
As the Payroll Manager you will be responsible for:
- Processing EMEA payrolls across 13 locations (monthly and timesheet)
- Manage the benefits process
- Ensure accuracy and compliance
- Use ADP iHCM and handle queries
- Accountable for payroll sign off alongside CFO and liaising with the Finance team
- Support with development of ADP and other HRIS systems
- Pay Review and Bonuses
- Implementing procedures, new systems, and streamlining processes
Profile
The successful Payroll Manager will:
Have experience in a similar role
Have working ADP/iHCM knowledge
Job Offer
£49,000 - £65,000 per annum + discretionary annual bonus up to 20% of salary + hybrid working + potential for UK/international travel
