The role of the Payroll Manager is to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for employees:

  • Managing 2 direct reports.
  • Processing monthly payroll for c600 employees.
  • Primary point of contact for payroll-related queries.
  • Managing the pension administration ensuring compliance with pension scheme regulations.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

The person:

  • The successful candidate will have previous payroll management experience.
  • Working towards CIPP would be desirable but not essential.
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills are required.
  • Good communication skills are essential and you must be able to build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships across the business.
