  • Managing and motivating the payroll team. 
  • Reviewing processes to ensure consistency and accuracy. 
  • Handling complex payroll requirements. 
  • Using in-depth knowledge of payroll system to make changes. 
  • Overseeing statutory returns. 
  • Curating strong relationships with third-party providers. 
Skills required:
  • High-volume payroll (3000+) experience. 
  • Able to manage a team of 5+. 
  • UK & ROI experience desirable. 
  • Strong track record of payroll management in a busy department.
