An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially minded Recruitment and Development Manager to develop and manage a homeworking travel business based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. The role comes with a highly attractive salary package, and excellent benefits. The role will encompass managing a team of Homeworkers which deal with Worldwide Leisure and Business Destinations. The role will also require a strong emphasis on business development, homeworker recruitment, marketing and promotion to actively generate new business. The role will report directly to the General Manager.

Job Description:_ The main role is to manage a growing Homeworking team, the role will include systems training, sales training and motivation and ensuring the team maximises revenues and commissions._ Responsible for the active recruitment and training of Homeworkers with very ambitious growth plans._ Provide Sales Training and Business Development in order to help maximise homeworker sales and commissions._ Managing online and offline advertising for recruitment through travel trade, social media and recruitment websites._ Conducting candidate screening, interviewing, final selection and set up._ Developing and expanding new products for homeworker sales_ Developing homeworker strategies to assist them with expanding their business, as well as assisting with promotion techniques_ Marketing - developing new sales leads through advertising and the creation of sales leaflets and promotions, and regular mailshots

Experience Required:_ Retail Travel Management experience of at least 5 years with a retail shop, call centre or homeworking business_ Strong motivational and management skills required to lead the Homeworking sales team_ Strong commercial skills in developing new business ideas and driven to exceeding sales targets

The Package:The working hours Mon/Fri - officed based position with the flexibility of working from home. Excellent salary range depending on experience, plus bonus and holiday concession benefits. For the right candidate experience they may possibly look at this being a fully remote position.
