- Offer guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Maintain and update the HR system to ensure accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Contribute to the development of HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and strengthen company culture.
- Support employee engagement activities, including mental health, physical health and wellbeing initiatives, cultural awareness, and diversity & inclusion efforts.
- Support managers in investigations, disciplinary actions, and welfare meetings.
- Proven experience in an HR role, ideally as an HR Advisor or similar position.
- Experience working within the FMCG sector is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices is highly desirable.
