- Help employees understand HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Keep the HR system up to date with accurate data and reports.
- Manage employee records and ensure they follow data protection rules.
- Help develop HR programs that improve employee engagement and company culture.
- Support activities that promote employee well-being, including mental health, physical health, and diversity.
- Assist managers with investigations, disciplinary actions, and employee welfare meetings.
- Experience working in an HR role, preferably as an HR Advisor or similar.
- Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment while staying professional.
- Good understanding of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus.
