Title: HR Advisor Salary: Up to £35,000Location: Leeds JGA are delighted to be working with a successful organisation looking to add a HR Advisor to join team. Responsibilities:
  • Help employees understand HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Keep the HR system up to date with accurate data and reports.
  • Manage employee records and ensure they follow data protection rules.
  • Help develop HR programs that improve employee engagement and company culture.
  • Support activities that promote employee well-being, including mental health, physical health, and diversity.
  • Assist managers with investigations, disciplinary actions, and employee welfare meetings.
Skills & experience needed:
  • Experience working in an HR role, preferably as an HR Advisor or similar.
  • Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment while staying professional.
  • Good understanding of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus.
