Title: HR Advisor Salary: Up to £35,000Location: Leeds -  Preston JGA are delighted to be working with a successful organisation looking to add a HR Advisor to its team!Responsibilities include:
  • Offer guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Maintain and update the HR system to ensure accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Contribute to the development of HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and strengthen company culture.
  • Support employee engagement activities, including mental health, physical health and wellbeing initiatives, cultural awareness, and diversity & inclusion efforts.
  • Support managers in investigations, disciplinary actions, and welfare meetings.
Skills & experience required:
  • Proven experience in an HR role, ideally as an HR Advisor or similar position.
  • Experience working within the FMCG sector is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices is highly desirable.
