Title: HR Advisor Salary: Up to £35,000Location: Leeds - Preston JGA are delighted to be working with a successful organisation looking to add a HR Advisor to its team!Responsibilities include:

Offer guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Maintain and update the HR system to ensure accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Manage employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Contribute to the development of HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and strengthen company culture.
Support employee engagement activities, including mental health, physical health and wellbeing initiatives, cultural awareness, and diversity & inclusion efforts.
Support managers in investigations, disciplinary actions, and welfare meetings.

Skills & experience required:

Proven experience in an HR role, ideally as an HR Advisor or similar position.
Experience working within the FMCG sector is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices is highly desirable.
