As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with clients, and driving growth in the freight forwarding sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the freight forwarding sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct market research and stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of hitting targets and growing accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
