Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

This exciting role involves managing two large client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided-what matters most is your ability to deliver outstanding customer service!
Key Responsibilities:
- As an Account Manager you will serve as the primary point of contact for two key client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Manage day-to-day client requests and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met on time and to a high standard.
- Maintain accurate records and account information.
- Resolve issues proactively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
Requirements:
