Location: Horbury, Wakefield

Salary: £25,500 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are working on behalf of our client, a leading powered access business, to recruit an Account Manager. This exciting role involves managing two large client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided-what matters most is your ability to deliver outstanding customer service!

Key Responsibilities:

  • As an Account Manager you will serve as the primary point of contact for two key client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Manage day-to-day client requests and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met on time and to a high standard.
  • Maintain accurate records and account information.
  • Resolve issues proactively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
