Location: Leeds (Hybrid)

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

We're working with an ambitious Leeds-based company to oversee their IT strategy, infrastructure, and day-to-day operations. This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact and play a key role in driving innovation as the organization scales.

This is a hands-on position, perfect for someone who thrives on variety-whether it's setting up new users, managing suppliers, or steering critical IT projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing hands-on support to a growing user base of 100.
• Managing IT systems, including hardware, software, and security.
• Leading system upgrades, maintenance, and new technology projects.
• Collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Ensuring data protection, network security, and cyber resilience, alongside user training.
• Handling basic database administration and creating custom reports.
• Supporting CRM and ERP systems.
• Shaping the IT strategy and scaling the IT function, including in-house team development and supplier optimization.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as 3rd line support , with strong technical knowledge in networks, system management, and data governance.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems (SugarCRM & SAGE are a plus).
• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to diverse challenges.
• A proactive and collaborative approach, with a passion for continuous improvement.
