They are looking for an IT Support Administrator who is passionate about technology and customer service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to upholding high standards of compliance and delivering exceptional customer service.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Respond to client requests and action within SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
  • Administer client device portfolios according to customer requirements.
  • Organise logistics for client devices.
  • Assist in ensuring device builds are completed using the build room.
  • Record accurate information on various CRM systems.
  • Maintain ongoing liaison with clients and escalate tickets to higher levels of support if required.
  • Ensure effective communication with colleagues at all times.
  • Report non-conformance and drive continuous improvement through ConnectWise.
  • Maintain compliance systems and processes to ensure the company meets the standards to which it is certified.
  • Uphold the information security system policies and procedures, reporting any breaches to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous recent experience in a similar IT support role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task effectively.
  • Knowledge of ConnectWise is a plus.
  • Commitment to compliance and information security.
