We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join the team in Leeds. What are the Key Duties of the Sales Executive

  • To sell AMT specialist and prestige vehicles exceeding all sales targets and KPI's, ensuring the correct and complete handover of vehicles to customers are provided with professionalism and effectiveness for potential referral and/or repeat business.

  • Provide admin support for Specialist cars, including all paperwork associated with vehicle sales and remarketing.
  • Ensure all customer enquiries are recorded and logged within the AMT CRM system including all contact details and record of next contact date.
  • Keep up to date and accurate records on DMS for all vehicles.
  • Log and record all invoices received ready for authorisation and payment by accounts.
  • Ensure accurate audit trail for specialist cars sales and purchases.
  • Raise purchase / sales invoices.
  • Ensure advertising is correct and up to date on systems available.
  • Manage the remarketing to exporters along with database development and distribution.
  • Support other departments during periods of high activity or holidays.
  • Any other work as directed by Group Retail Sales Manager.

The Key Competencies of the Sales Executive

  • 3-5 years motor retail sales experience, knowledge of vehicle industry.
