Job Title: IT EPOS Engineer Location: UK Wide (Travel Required)Contract Duration: 3 Months (ASAP - July 2025, with potential extension)Rate: Negotiable and dependent on experience + Ā£60 per travel day + 25ppm mileage
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced EPOS Engineers to support the installation and deployment of EPOS and IT systems across hospitality sites in the UK. This is a field-based role that requires regular travel and overnight stays (accommodation and meal allowances provided).
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and setup of EPOS/IT equipment at hospitality venues
- Ensuring all installations meet company standards and client requirements
- Troubleshooting technical issues and liaising with support teams if needed
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in installing and upgrading EPOS systems
- Experience in a field-based role with hands-on technical work
- Willingness to travel across the UK with regular overnight stays (hotels arranged by the client)
- Full UK driving license with access to own vehicle
Job Details & Benefits:
- Contract: Starting ASAP until July 2025 (or earlier if available)
- Pay: (depending on experience)
- Additional Payments:
- Ā£60 per travel day
- 25p per mile for all mileage covered
- Meal allowance if working past 8pm or staying overnight
- Expense claims for parking, tolls, and congestion charges
- Shifts: 3-6 days per week, with occasional Sunday travel (Ā£60 travel rate)
- Payment: Outside I235, Weekly via umbrella service or Ltd company
This role has been assessed and deemed an Outside IR35 role
