Job Title: IT System Trainer & Support Analyst

About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced IT System Trainer & Support Analyst to enhance system adoption and provide technical support across the organisation. This role combines training delivery with hands-on IT support, ensuring employees are equipped with the knowledge to use internal systems effectively while resolving technical issues as they arise. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a strong technical foundation and a passion for user engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver structured training sessions for internal users on various IT systems and software
- Develop user-friendly guides, instructional materials, and documentation to support training initiatives
- Provide first-line technical support, troubleshooting issues and escalating complex problems where necessary
- Work closely with IT teams to identify recurring challenges and implement improvements to system usability
- Gather feedback from employees to refine training programs and enhance overall user experience
- Maintain detailed records of training sessions, support requests, and common technical issues
Skills & Experience:
Required:
- Minimum two years’ experience in IT training or support roles
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software applications, and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to deliver both one-on-one coaching and group training sessions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts
- Experience using helpdesk ticketing systems and knowledge base management
Preferred:
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, ERP systems, or document management tools
- Experience working with BI reporting tools.
- Proficiency in French would be beneficial
