About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced IT System Trainer & Support Analyst to enhance system adoption and provide technical support across the organisation. This role combines training delivery with hands-on IT support, ensuring employees are equipped with the knowledge to use internal systems effectively while resolving technical issues as they arise. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a strong technical foundation and a passion for user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver structured training sessions for internal users on various IT systems and software
  • Develop user-friendly guides, instructional materials, and documentation to support training initiatives
  • Provide first-line technical support, troubleshooting issues and escalating complex problems where necessary
  • Work closely with IT teams to identify recurring challenges and implement improvements to system usability
  • Gather feedback from employees to refine training programs and enhance overall user experience
  • Maintain detailed records of training sessions, support requests, and common technical issues

Skills & Experience:

Required:

  • Minimum two years’ experience in IT training or support roles
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software applications, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Ability to deliver both one-on-one coaching and group training sessions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts
  • Experience using helpdesk ticketing systems and knowledge base management

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, ERP systems, or document management tools
  • Experience working with BI reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in French would be beneficial
