IT Systems Trainer Leeds/Hybrid
£28,000 - £35,000 + Excellent Benefits

This multi-site professional services firm are looking for an experienced IT Trainer to join their team. This is a brand-new role, and you will support their strategic objectives through the design, development and delivery of a range of in-house training solutions. The IT Trainer will also manage the creation of bespoke training projects, whilst being able to present to stakeholders of all technical abilities.

My client operates a hybrid working model following probation, with this role being primarily based in central Leeds.

Key responsibilities:
  • As part of a team, help deliver the IT Training Strategy.
  • Develop and maintain course materials and training documents.
  • Deliver training on commonly used programs as well as specific training on all in-house applications.
  • Deliver training to support projects.
  • Work with the support team to capture training issues and produce knowledge.
  • Designing, developing and delivering in house training sessions.

Core skills & experience for this role:

  • Ideally experience in a similar IT Training role
  • Experience providing training on a complex system.
  • Passion for learning and development
  • Strong technical knowledge of multiple software applications
  • Up-to-date knowledge of desktop applications and systems.
  • Legal sector experience beneficial
