£44,000 - £48,000 + Days Only + Private Health Care + Company Pension Scheme + Overtime (1.5x, 2x) and Many More Benefits!
Location – Leeds
Shifts – Days (Mon – Fri, 8:00 – 16:00)
The Company
An opportunity has arisen for an engineering team leader to join an amazing manufacturing company in Leeds! As a maintenance team leader, you will have to chance to make this role your own and implement your own ideas!
The Role
As an engineering team leader, your main responsibilities include:
- Hybrid role involved managing a team while also working on the tools when required
- Training and developing a team of engineers
- Scheduling PPMs
- Identifying missing parts
- Fault finding both mechanically and electrically
Requirements
A successful engineering team leader will have:
- An NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in engineering
- Great communication and leadership skills
- A Hands on multi – skilled background
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
