The Role
This entry-level role is ideal for someone who may have some insurance experience but is not a necessity. The role focuses primarily on managing claims within a parcel scheme, which is process-driven and administrative in nature. You will handle the submission and processing of parcel claims, ensuring all steps are followed accurately.
While the role is more administrative, you may be exposed to other types of claims, such as motor claims, providing valuable experience in various areas and offering a great opportunity to gain exposure to claims within a brokerage.

Key Responsibilities:

Claims Management: Handle claims within the parcel scheme, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately.

Client Support: Serve as a contact point for clients, providing updates and guidance through the claims process.

Documentation: Maintain precise records of all communications and claim activities, adhering to company procedures.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards in all claims handling activities.

Customer Service: Provide responsive and empathetic service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Requirements:

Some experience working in a team or an insurance environment (preferred but not necessary).

Basic understanding of insurance products and claims processes (preferred but not necessary).

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a process-driven role.
