Opportunity

As a Senior Account Handler, you'll have the opportunity to manage a diverse claims portfolio, advocate for clients, and negotiate optimal settlements. You’ll guide clients through the claims process, provide proactive risk management advice, and enhance your skills in client support and documentation. This role also offers the chance to mentor junior staff, lead collaboratively, and stay ahead of industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate for this role would have:

• A depth of experience in commercial claims handling within an insurance broker or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and terminology.
• Track record of managing complex claims.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in insurance software, ideally Acturis.
