Agriculture Motor UnderwriterRemote / North EnglandSalary – Up to 45k + Bonus/BenefitsIPS Group is working with a specialist Insurer who are seeking a Motor/Fleet Underwriter to join their well-established Agricultural division. This fantastic opening for someone that is wanting to deal with complex underwriting risks across a niche area in motor. About the Role/Key Responsibilities:As an Agricultural Motor Underwriter, you will be working alongside the regional trading underwriters where you provide effective underwriting support and have your own portfolio of new business and renewals. You will have exposure to various cases either through their e-trading platform or manual complex cases managing the process from start to finish. You will have exposure to premiums that range from 2.5k up to 500k where you will be working with sole traders as well as large enterprises.This is a unique opportunity that will give you the empowerment as well as develop relationships across the northern regional market. They are ideally looking for someone who wants to speak with brokers and be proactive in risks that are up for grabs. Required Skills/Experience:We are looking to speak to Insurance Professionals that have experience in underwriting agriculture risks due to the niche area. If you have minimal exposure to agriculture, they may consider this depending on your underwriting experience.Location:This is a fully remote role however would like the individual to be based in the North of England as you will be supporting the regional trading underwriter and attend broker meetings monthly.
