Key Responsibilities as a Stock Operations Coordinator:
- Manage comprehensive inventory control systems, including stock levels, reorder points, and forecasting to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Oversee end-to-end order fulfilment process, from accurate processing to timely shipping, while managing delivery statuses and resolving any logistical issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with suppliers and the purchasing team to maintain optimal stock levels, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of components.
- Handle all aspects of stock management, including receiving, storing, and returning products, while maintaining meticulous inventory records using specialised software.
- Provide technical support and manage customer communications across various channels, addressing product-related queries and promoting our brand through excellent customer service.
- Drive continuous improvement in stock operations processes, analysing data to identify inefficiencies and implementing solutions to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in logistics, procurement, or technical support within a technology/electronics based company (products or hardware preferred, not software).
- Familiarity with inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Passion for technology and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility and a "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
