Property Sales Consultant

Leeds, LS11

£24000 to £30000 basic plus realistic OTE £80K Y1/ £110K+ Y2 based on one sale per week

This is a fantastic opportunity for a successful sales professional to join a specialised Property Investment company that provide investment opportunities across the North of England. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in sales and business development and be an expert in their current market. You must have performed consistently as a top Sales professional in your current market and be competent working to and exceeding targets. Property experience would be advantageous however this is not a prerequisite as full training will be provided to ensure that you are given the best opportunity to succeed.

Duties include:

  • Follow up on daily leads from investors.
  • Gathering information regarding clients, their needs and investment strategies.
  • Building relationships with clients to sell investment properties suitable to their needs and requirements.
  • Dealing with global investors
  • Building rapport and maintaining clients relationships
  • Dealing with international clients
  • Advising clients on suitable property investments and closing deals
  • Visiting development sites
  • Updating CRM
  • Advising on the best units to buy

To be high performing in this role you will have excellent verbal and written skills, be confident, professional and articulate and can close a sale over the phone. You must have excellent communication skills and be confident on the phones to be considered for this role.
