About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Planner to join a a leading Real-Estate Consultancy in Leeds. This role is ideal for a recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in planning within a supportive and professional environment. The position involves working on a variety of projects and contributing to planning solutions across different sectors.

Key Responsibilities for a Graduate Planner:

  • Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications.
  • Conducting research and site appraisals to support planning proposals.
  • Assisting in drafting reports and planning statements.
  • Engaging with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
  • Keeping up to date with planning policies and legislative changes.
  • Providing administrative support to the planning team as required.

Candidate Requirements Graduate Planner:

  • A degree in town planning, geography, or a related discipline.
  • An interest in UK planning policies and regulations.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Working towards RTPI accreditation (preferred but not essential).
