The Role
As a Graduate Town Planner, you will work alongside experienced professionals on a variety of projects, providing planning advice to clients across sectors such as residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications
- Conducting research and policy analysis
- Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients
- Supporting senior team members with planning appeals and development proposals
- Keeping up to date with planning legislation and regulations
About You
- A degree (or equivalent) in Town Planning
- Ideally working towards or keen to achieve RTPI accreditation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
