As a Town Planner, you will be responsible for preparing planning applications, drafting Planning Statements, conducting site visits, handling site promotions and appeals, and overseeing planning projects to ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Requirements:

• RTPI-accredited degree or equivalent qualification
• MRTPI Chartership (or in progress)
• Relevant experience, preferably in the private sector
• Strong understanding of Town & Country Planning regulations, including planning policy and development management
