I am instructed with an excellent opportunity at a leading international legal business for an experienced Employment Solicitor in Leeds with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience. My client is based in the heart of Leeds City Centre and, having recently moved into an impressive new office they are on an upward trajectory as far as financial growth and reputation is concerned.This role will involve working very closely with a very experienced employment partner who has recently joined the business and who advises on a full spectrum on contentious and non-contentious employment issues for clients operating across a number of sectors including financial, hospitality and consumer/retail. Candidates interested in applying for this position can expect to undertake a full-service "360" role that will provide unlimited opportunities for further advancement and development, as well as the opportunity to work with other departments such as Corporate and Real Estate on employment issues that may arise out of acquisitions and post-merger integrations.My client is also recognised as being a leading advisor on matters relating to IR35 and employment status classification, and any candidates with experience and a particular interest in this particular topic of employment law would be of great interest to my client.Only candidates who are qualified to practice within the England & Wales jurisdiction will be considered for this position and it is essential that candidates be able to demonstrate some post-qualification experience in an employment team as this position is not suitable for newly qualified solicitors.
