THE ROLE:The appointed Solicitor will report to the Contracts Team Leader, managing a diverse caseload that includes consumer contracts, professional negligence cases, and inheritance matters. You will provide precise legal advice, ensuring clients understand their options, the claims process, and expected outcomes. The firm offers flexible working arrangements with 2 days a week worked remotely. THE CANDIDATE:The firm is seeking Solicitors or Legal Executives with 2+ years of civil litigation experience, specialising in Professional Negligence or Inheritance claims. As an experienced Litigation Lawyer, you will have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
