We're seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor (commercial property) with 2-4 years PQE to join our client's bustling Leeds office. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, including disputes related to landlord and tenant matters, easements, adverse possession, restrictive covenants, etc. This role offers significant responsibility and autonomy within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Description

The Property Litigation Solicitor will:

  • Manage a varied caseload of commercial property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, easements, adverse possession, restrictive covenants, etc.
  • Provide clear, concise, and practical legal advice to a diverse client base across multiple sectors.
  • Collaborate effectively within a supportive team environment, contributing to the firm's collective success.
  • Engage in business development activities to foster and maintain strong client relationships.

Profile

The Property Litigation Solicitor should be:

  • A Solicitor or equivalent with 2-4 years PQE in property litigation.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on delivering client-centric advice.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
