Commerical Property Solicitor – Leeds

I am currently working on behalf of a leading, regional L500 firm that is looking to hire into its Commercial Property Team. The firm is based in central Leeds and offers hybrid working.

This role has exceptional opportunities for career progression and this firm is keen to bring on an incredibly ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor. This team is highly experienced with Solicitors at the more junior end, it offers the opportunity to gain exposure to a wealth of experience within the team.

This firm is also open to hiring a senior Commercial Property Solicitor who would like to be involved in the direction of this Department alongside its succession planning.

This team handles the full spectrum of Commercial Property work including Sales & Purchases of Business Premises, Agricultural Land, Buying and Selling of Registered & Unregistered Land and Commercial Landlord & Tenant Lease matters.
