You would be joining one of the UK's leading firms of solicitors with a dedicated and experienced team specialising in Court of Protection matters, the judicial body responsible for making decisions relating to the management of finances and affairs of individuals who lack the mental capacity to do so themselves. You'll aim to provide clients with expert legal advice and help them with all financial management matters, from planning and investments, to tax returns and accounting.
