This well known, leading Regional Legal500 law firm is recruiting for a Social Housing Development Solicitor.
A leading law firm is seeking a Managing Associate to join its Social Housing team. You will work with clients including registered providers, local authorities and developers, advising on property law, acquisitions, site development and complex legal matters like securitisation and planning obligations. The role focuses on delivering innovative legal solutions to address the challenges within the social housing sector.
The team assists easy to work with clients in providing a service to the social housing sector, from advising on head of terms for a site acquisition, site assembly, due diligence and contract negotiation, through to setting up the site for plot disposals.
Key Requirements:
- Significant experience in social housing/property law
- Strong advisory and project management capabilities
- 6 years+ PQE (will also consider from 4 years but as an associate)
This role is open in Leeds or Newcastle.
