Sacco Mann are working with a leading Yorkshire law firm, who are looking to recruit an Employment Chartered Legal Executive to join their reputable employment law team based in Leeds. The role would suit an Employment Chartered Legal Executive with upwards of 3 years' post qualifying experience dealing with respondent employment law matters.

Requirements:

  • Our client is looking for a Chartered Legal Executive with upwards of 3 years' post qualifying experience dealing with respondent employment law matters.
  • An expert in employment law matters, and confident in providing expert legal advice to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of both contentious and employment law matters relating to HR advisory work, unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, TUPE and tribunal matters.
  • Advising employer clients on day to day employment law matters.
  • Drafting legal documents, including settlement agreements, tribunal pleadings and witness statements.
  • Representing clients in employment tribunals and assisting with pre-hearing preparation.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships and maintaining existing relationships.
  • Business development.
  • Supporting junior members of the team.
