To apply or to register your interest, please contact Melanie on or email with your CV.OVERVIEW:• A nationally recognised law firm with a strong reputation within the employment sector is looking to appoint an experienced Employment Solicitor to the team. • As an Employment Solicitor with at least 12 months' PQE, you will handle a diverse caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, representing employers in the private and public sectors. • You will be joining a highly established team boasting lawyers with a strong reputation for the employment services they provide in the local market and further afield. • As the appointed Solicitor, you will be well placed build and develop relationships as well as support in business development and networking activities. • Joining a collaborative team, they are looking for an Employment Solicitor with a broad range of exposure of advising on employee relations matters including disciplines, redundancy, diversity and inclusion matters, drafting contracts of employment, settlement agreements, COT3’s as well as providing employment support to corporate transactions. • Ideally you will possess the ability to lead on Employment Tribunal matters and have experience of conducting tribunal advocacy or an interest in doing so.
