- Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning
- Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Handling probate and the administration of estates
- Providing guidance on trusts and inheritance tax planning
- Advising clients on Court of Protection matters
- Have at least 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) in private client law (although candidates with less experience but strong technical knowledge will be considered)
- Be technically competent in handling a broad range of private client matters
- Have excellent client care skills and the ability to build strong relationships
- Be proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team
