Description

The Real Estate Solicitor will be:

  • Managing lease renewals, licenses to alter, assignments, and other key real estate transactions.
  • Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing legal agreements with a keen eye for detail and commercial impact.
  • Conducting due diligence and preparing reports in line with internal real estate guidelines.
  • Keeping up to date with legal developments and industry trends to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, offering expert legal support.
  • Contributing to business development initiatives, including client presentations and networking.

Profile

The Real Estate Solicitor should be:

  • A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2-4 years PQE in real estate.
  • Experienced in handling lease transactions, drafting property agreements, and conducting due diligence.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive and commercially minded team player with excellent communication abilities.
