Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload of high-stakes criminal defence matters for healthcare professionals.
  • Draft meticulous submissions to regulatory bodies and prepare defences that could mean the difference between career survival or termination.
  • Engage with counsel and expert witnesses to build robust, fact-based cases.
  • Represent clients at hearings, tribunals, and inquests, ensuring the best possible outcome in every case.
