- A qualified solicitor with 3-6 years PQE (ideally with healthcare or criminal defence experience).
- A sharp legal mind with the ability to think on your feet, adapt, and navigate the pressures of fast-paced, high-risk cases.
- Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both written and oral.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail—every fact matters.
