- Running a case load of client matters under supervision.
- Dealing with matters at all stages, from taking the client’s initial instructions through to archiving, in accordance with office and accounts procedures.
- Obtaining and preparing file documentation.
- Providing support to other fee earners in the PI department.
- Professional and friendly client care.
- Ability to work accurately in accordance with procedures and processes.
- Ability to present and argue a case orally and in writing.
- Good and clear communication to deal with clients and other parties face to face.
- Accurate communication to produce clear and accurate letters and legal documents.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Â 3 to 5 years PQE with experience in military claims required.Â
