The Role:As a Professional Support Lawyer, you will collaborate with their Senior Knowledge Lawyer to support their national Private Client team. Your expertise will be invaluable in fostering continuous improvement, training, research, and enhancing our national profile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives that promote effective working, pricing, and productivity within the Private Client team.
  • Training: Design and deliver a comprehensive training programme to ensure technical excellence and rapid skill development among colleagues.
  • Resource Management: Research and share best practises, manage knowledge resources, and keep the team updated on legal developments.
  • National Profile: Contribute to our reputation by generating engaging content for various channels and enhancing their online presence.

The Ideal Candidate:They are looking for a passionate and committed individual who meets the following criteria:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Equivalent: At least four years PQE in Private Client law.
  • Strong Drafting Skills: Excellent written communication abilities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Outstanding IT skills for effective knowledge management.
  • Private Client Expertise: Knowledge of private client law, with experience in contentious private client, international, charities, or landed estate work being advantageous.
  • Team Player: Good communication skills and the ability to foster collaboration across the team.
  • Innovation-Driven: A keen interest in technology and the evolving landscape of legal service delivery.
