Responsibilities as a Property Litigation Solicitor:
- Managing a caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, boundary disputes, and rights of way.
- Handling disputes related to land ownership, trespass, and adverse possession.
- Representing clients in court proceedings, tribunals, and arbitration hearings.
About you as a Property Litigation Solicitor:
- Qualified Solicitor (UK) with 4/5 years of PQE
- Strong experience in property litigation (commercial and residential)
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
